1 General Provisions

dk445 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dk445 website (dk445.cam) and all associated services.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

dk445 may carry out player identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) as needed to ensure a safe gaming environment. Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims may be restricted until verification is complete. dk445 reserves the right to suspend an account if the player does not cooperate with the KYC process.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

dk445 is only for individuals aged 21 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account identified will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

dk445 only provides services to individuals located in Bangladesh. Operating an account from any region where online gaming is legally prohibited is not allowed. It is entirely the user's responsibility to determine their eligibility to use the service.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile banking methods may be used to deposit funds into your dk445 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• You must use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.
• dk445 only accepts deposits from the registered account holder's own mobile banking number.
• Deposits through a third party are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

• KYC verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal amounts will only be sent to the registered mobile banking number.
• Full withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• If any unusual activity is suspected, dk445 reserves the right to hold and review a withdrawal.
• In cases of fraud or dishonest activity, withdrawals may be cancelled and the account closed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

dk445 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Currently, new players receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000.

5.1 Wagering Terms

Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus, wagering of 10 times (10x) the total of the deposit and bonus must be completed. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, a total wagering of ৳3,000 × 10 = ৳30,000 will be required.

• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• A bonus may only be usable on designated games — separate terms apply to each offer.
• Multiple members of the same household or family may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, dk445 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• dk445 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.2 VIP Program

dk445's VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% cashback per week. The Silver tier offers up to 0.7% cashback per week. The Gold tier offers up to 1.0% cashback per week. Advancement through VIP tiers depends on regular gaming activity and loyalty.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on dk445 are operated fairly and impartially. Fair play is our core principle. All game outcomes are determined using verified random number generator (RNG) technology.

• dk445 is not responsible for disconnections during a gaming session; however, complaints may be submitted in cases of technical error.
• The rules for each game are provided separately in that game's description.
• dk445 reserves the right to void winnings obtained due to a technical error.
• Any attempt to interfere with or manipulate the gaming software will result in account closure.
• dk445 reserves the right to change game rules, design, or services at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk445 platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Acting dishonestly or fraudulently toward other players or dk445 staff.
• Registering using a fake identity or the identity of another person.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through a third party.
• Attempting to find security vulnerabilities in the platform or trying to gain unauthorized access to the system.

If any of the above activities are proven, dk445 may close the account without notice and forfeit any funds earned.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

dk445 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, dishonesty, or illegal activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.

A player may also close their own account at any time through the dk445 support team. There is also an option to exclude yourself for a set period (Self-Exclusion) as part of responsible gaming.

9 Responsible Gaming

• You can set daily or weekly deposit limits.
• You can take a gaming break (Cool-off) for a set period.

12 Changes to Terms
